I started working on cars and trucks when I was 16 years old, and it instantly became a passion of mine. When I had the opportunity to join the US Army and become a Light Wheel Vehicle mechanic taking the opportunity to hone my skills and receive a military education. After my discharge I decided to start a business in mobile auto repair.
Army Mechanics has been doing business for over 15 years in San Diego County. We have serviced over 10,000 vehicles in that time. I have found during this time of running the business the essential "key performance indicators" which allow and drive it to continuously grow and succeed are our core values: Quality, Integrity, and Honesty. Staff was very friendly and quick to give me a reasonably priced estimate for my 100k tune-up. They were quick and did a great job on my Jeep, giving me a full inspection report with honest recommendations. Would definitely recommend them and I’ll be using them for all of my car needs going forward!

Had the guys replace my spark plugs. I provided the spark plugs & they went right to work. Even provided a comprehensive inspection for free. They were faster than the estimated time. And discussed the other issues with my car afterwards. They friendly , fast and efficient.
I’ve been using Army Mechanics for a few years now. I have a 08 6.4L F-250 4x4 and they’ve always done excellent work and upfront about costs. They are really great on getting the jobs done in a timely manner. They seem to do it all. Awesome mechanics and front office.
